Etihad Etisalat Co.'s (Mobily) board of directors has approved appointing Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa (Independent member) as its new vice-chairman.

 

Al-Issa will hold this position for the remaining board term, ending Dec. 1, 2018, the telecom operator said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

He also serves as a chairman and board member of other Saudi companies.
