United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) board of directors has re-appointed Khaled Hossain Ali Reda as chairman, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The board named Omar Nasser Makhasher as vice-chairman, and also appointed the heads and members of committees, the statement said.

 

The new appointments are still pending regulatory approvals, UCA added.
