Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on updated rules for the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee during the upcoming general assembly meeting on Dec. 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

They will also vote on the updated corporate governance system as well as the membership and remuneration policies for board members.
