Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) general assembly on Wednesday approved updated rules of remunerations and nominations committee and audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and standards of board membership and remunerations policies for board members and executives.
