Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co.’s (SAFCO) general assembly on Tuesday approved membership policies for the board of directors and updated rules for the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

Shareholders also approved the company’s policies for social responsibility, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
