Bawan shareholders approve updated rules, regulations

Bawan Company’s (Bawan) ordinary general assembly on Tuesday approved updated rules and regulations of the auditing committee, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved updated regulations of the nominations and remuneration committee.
They also approved the board, committees and executive management’s remunerations policies, as well as the board membership policies, criteria and procedures.
