Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment (Al Hammadi) on Saturday extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to fully acquire Medical Support Services Co. until January 31, 2018.

 

The extension was signed under the same terms and conditions of the original MoU, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In October, Al Hammadi had signed a MoU to explore acquiring 100 percent of Medical Support Services, Argaam reported.
