Musharaka Capital’s real estate investment traded fund, Musharaka REIT, will apply 5 percent  value-added tax (VAT) on the fund's fees and services, as of Jan. 1, 2018.

 

The VAT implementation will come in line with the related regulations, according to a bourse statement.
