Northern Region Cement’s general assembly on Wednesday approved the remuneration policy for the board, committees, and executive management.

 

Shareholders also voted on the updated charters for the audit committee and nomination & remuneration committee, as well as the updated board membership policy, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
