Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co. on Thursday said it has opened the nominations for board membership to elect three independent directors for the upcoming three-year term.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can apply for nomination starting January 11 until February 12, 2018, the petrochemical firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board term will start upon approval of the company’s general assembly, which is expected to be held in March.
