Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of directors has appointed Ahmed Al Sanea as a new chairman of the board, effective Jan. 18, 2018, the company said in a filing to stock market.

 

The decision follows chairman Abdulaziz Al Rasheed's resignation on Wednesday for personal reasons.

 

Al Sanea has over 20 years of management experience, and served as board chairman of several companies.

 

Omar Al Mohamadi was named deputy chairman, the statement said.
