AlBaha Investment and Development Co.’s case against its former chairman and board members was postponed today to Feb. 12, 2018, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

AlBaha had filed a lawsuit before a Jeddah administrative court in 2014 against the former chairman and board members for damages and losses they had allegedly cost the company earlier, Argaam previously reported.
