Savola Group's board of directors has appointed Anees Ahmed Moumina as the company's chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Moumina has over 25 years of experience in the private sector and the financial services industry. He previously served as CEO of SEDCO Holding Group.

 

Separately, the board also named Abdullah Mohammad Noor Rehaimi as the acting CEO. His tenure will run from Feb. 8 until March 31.

 

The incumbent CEO Rayan Fayez, who resigned in November last year, will leave office on Feb. 8, the statement said.
