Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group Company has invited its shareholders to run for the board of directors’ membership for the next three-year term starting on July 16, 2018, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Candidates can apply from Feb. 7 to March 7, it said.

 

Voting will take place during the next general assembly meeting, the statement added.
