Al Tayyar Travel Group will pay a 5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for the second half of 2017 on Feb. 25, it said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Shareholders of record on Feb. 18, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

The company last May approved a 10 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2017 at SAR 1 per share, to be paid in semi-annual tranches at SAR 0.5 per share from retained earnings.
