Thob Al Aseel plans 40% dividend for FY17

Thob Al Aseel Co.’s board has recommended a 40 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 4 per share for fiscal year 2017, amounting to SAR 60 million.
In a separate bourse statement, the company said that it has formed the board’s nominations and remunerations committee for the current three-year term ending on Sept. 4, 2021.
