Musharka REIT Fund will pay a cash dividend covering its first six months of operation, on March 25, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on March 1, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, will be eligible for the payout.

 

Earlier this week, Musharaka REIT Fund announced a 3.5 percent dividend.
