Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) shareholders will approve the remuneration policy for board members and executives at the company’s general assembly meeting on March 25.

 

The assembly will also approve the updated policies for board membership, as well as the updated charters for the nominations and remunerations committees, the chemicals producer said in a bourse filing.
