Osool&Bakheet Investment Co. will pay a cash dividend of 2.6 percent, or SAR 0.26 per unit, totaling SAR 16 million to Al Maather REIT Fund unit holders for 4.63 months, starting from the date of asset transfer to the fund until Dec. 31, 2017.

 

The dividend distribution, which is based on 61.4 million existing units, represents 2.6 percent of net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2017, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.
 

Unit holders of record as of Mar. 20, 2018 will be eligible to receive the dividend.
