Eastern Province Cement Co.’s board of directors has recommended a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 86 million.

 

Separately, the company announced the reappointment of Abdul Mohsen Al Ruwaished as board chairman and Mohammed Al Farraj as deputy chairman for the current term ending on Jan. 28, 2021.
