Yanbu Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed on March 22 Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Rashid as an independent board member, representing the Social Development Bank, until the end of the term on June 20, 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

The new board member replaces Abdullah Al-Namlah.

 

Al-Rashid currently serves as the lender’s general manager. His appointment is still pending the general assembly’s approval.
