Bank Aljazira’s rights issue ends today

The trading on Bank Aljazira’s rights issue, to raise its capital to SAR 8.2 billion from SAR 5.2 billion, will end today.
During last week, nine special deals were made on about 45.25 million shares with a total value of SAR 11.75 million.
Subscription will continue until April 4.
Bank Aljazira is offering 300 million regular shares at SAR 10 per share.
Each shareholder registered at the Securities Depository Center on March 19 is eligible to subscribe in 0.577 shares.
