Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC) said in a bourse filing on Thursday that its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with UAE’s Meraas has expired.

 

“Talks are currently held over renewing the MoU”, the company said, adding that any related updates will be duly revealed.

 

Last October, JODC inked a six-month non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dubai-based Meraas Holding, over real estate projects in Saudi Arabia.
