Northern Region Cement Co.’s general assembly approved on Monday to withhold cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda.

 

The cement producer reported a net profit of SAR 52.3 million for the fiscal year 2017, 66 percent year-on-year decline.
