Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2017 on May 1.

 

Shareholders of record on April 16, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last week, the company’s general assembly has approved an 8 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017, at SAR 0.8 per share, amounting to SAR 106.67 million.
