The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) said it received a letter from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom’s central bank and insurance market regulator, affirming that the insurer has taken corrective measures regarding claim settlement.

 

In February, SAMA lifted its final warning issued to Tawuniya to settle all claims and customer complaints.
