Herfy Food Services Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2017 on May 7, 2018.

 

Shareholders of record on April 25, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last week, the company’s general assembly approved an 11 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 1.1 per share, amounting to SAR 71.148 million.
