Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with AccorHotels for the operation and management of its hotels in Riyadh, it said on Thursday.

 

The ibis Styles and Novotel Suites, a 3-star hotel and serviced apartments, will be located in Riyadh’s Qurtoba district, and will have 445 rooms.

 

The MoU will be valid from May 3 until Aug. 2, 2018.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
