Fitaihi Holding Group will pay a 5 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2017 on Sunday, May 27, at SAR 0.5 per share, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders of record on May 14, and those registered at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the statement said.

 

Riyad Bank will deposit the dividends directly into shareholders’ accounts, it added.
