Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) general assembly has approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 27.5 million.

 

Shareholders have also approved raising credit facilities obtained by the company from the Arab National Bank (ANB), the company said in a bourse statement.
