Al Jouf Cement Co. was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on Thursday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
