The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has deposited the additional shares from National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) capital hike into shareholders’ accounts on Sunday.

 

Last week, the bank’s extraordinary general assembly approved a 50 percent capital hike to SAR 30 billion from SAR 20 billion through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held, Argaam reported earlier.
