The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has implemented the securities quantity increase for Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of the eligible shareholders on Thursday, it said in a statement.

 

Earlier this week, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved a board recommendation to increase capital by 50 percent to SAR 300 million, from SAR 200 million through bonus shares.
