SISCO to distribute dividends for FY17 on June 10

Saudi Industrial Services Co.’s (SISCO) said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2017, starting from June 10, 2018.
Shareholders of record on May 23, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Dividend will be distributed through Saudi British Bank (SABB) through direct deposit into the shareholders’ accounts.
Last week, the company’s general assembly approved a 3 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.3 per share, amounting to SAR 24.48 million.
