Al Ahlia for Cooperative insurance Co.’s general assembly has disapproved financial statement for the fiscal year 2016, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also disapproved discharging board members from liabilities for the fiscal years 2016 and 2017, the statement added.

 

They also refused to approve related party transactions, board remuneration for FY 2017 and amending board remuneration policy.
