The National Commercial Bank (NCB) will deposit SAR 57,638 proceeds from the share fraction sale in shareholders’ portfolios on June 11.

 

The company sold 1,264 shares at an average price of SAR 45.6 each.

 

The sale proceeds will be deposited directly by the bank into accounts of eligible shareholders, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

Earlier, NCB's shareholders approved a 50 percent capital increase to SAR 30 billion from SAR 20 billion, through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held.
