Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) has sold 6,240 fractional shares on June 7, 2018 at SAR 15.04 per share for a total of SAR 93,850, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on July 5, 2018, the statement added.

 

In May, the company’s general assembly approved an 11.11percent capital increase to SAR 600 million from SAR 540 million through the issue of one bonus share for every nine shares held, Argaam reported.
