Global law firm Hogan Lovells has signed an agreement with Riyadh-based ZS&R law firm to provide integrated legal advice to their national and international clients, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

 

Under the terms of the agreement, the two firms will work together on client matters, but will remain separate legal entities.

 

ZS&R was founded in 2017 by Drs Najem Alzaid, Saad Alrashed and Turki Alsheikh. Its key practice areas cover dispute resolution, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.
