Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Nov. 3, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from June 1 to Aug. 1, as per the regulatory requirements, the statement said.
