Thob Al Aseel Co.’s fluctuation limit after capital hike will be based on a share price of SAR 30.55, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement Thursday.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Monday, July 9, 2018.

 

On Wednesday, general assembly approved a 100 percent capital hike to SAR 300 million from SAR 150 million through the issue of one bonus share for every one share held.
