Al Mashaar REIT makes SAR 19 mln rent revenue in H2 2018

Al Mashaar REIT Fund has received property lease rentals for the second half of 2018 amounting to SAR 19.32 million.
The fund will distribute cash dividend worth at least 90 percent of the annual net profit on a semi-annual basis in accordance with the fund’s terms and conditions, fund manager Muscat Capital said in a bourse statement.
Rental proceeds will be invested with suitable banks and investment institutions to best serve the interests of the fund and its unit holders, the statement added.
