Aljazira Mawten REIT reported a net profit of SAR 3.4 million for H1 2018, fund manager Aljazira Capital said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Fees and expenses totaled SAR 1.4 million for the first half of the year.

 

Net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 124.7 million, with the number of total units amounting to 11.8 million units.

 

The yield came in at 0.29 percent for the same period.
