The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday said it has suspended trading on the shares of Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. (Wafrah) starting today until the company announces its latest financial statements.

 

Last week, Wafrah said it was not be able to disclose its financial results for the period ending on June 30 in time as shareholders could not select an external auditor during their June 28 meeting.

 

The deadline for disclosing Q2 2018 results for Tadawul-listed firms was August 9.
