Musharka REIT Fund will pay cash dividend for the first six months (from Feb. 17, 2018 until Aug. 17, 2018), on Sunday Sept. 16, 2018, Musharaka Capital, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

 Shareholders of record on Aug. 30, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, Musharaka REIT Fund said it would pay a 3.5 percent cash dividend for a period of six months (from February 17, 2018 until August 17, 2018), at SAR 0.35 per unit, amounting to SAR 30.8 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
