Al Mashaar REIT Fund saw three negotiated deal on its stock today, where about 721,500 shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 6.93 per share against an official price of SAR 7.70.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
