Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company (Trade Union) has inked an agency agreement with Kafalh Insurance Agency Co., the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

Under the one-year agreement, the agency company will sell and promote Trade Union's insurance products across the Kingdom, as per the regulations of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on the insurer's earnings in Q4 2018.

 

No other related parties are involved in the deal.
