The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday suspended trading on shares of The National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) starting today (Nov.12) until it announces the financial results for the third quarter of 2018.

 

Thimar announced on Sunday (Nov.11) that it is unable to announce its Q3 results on time due to the absence of the general assembly quorum in its first meeting to select an external auditor.
