Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. has signed a contract with the Ministry of Education, through Tatweer Education Holding, to provide insurance services to education employees, Al Riyadh newspaper reported, citing COO Salah Al Jaber.

 

Under the agreement, the insurer will provide its services at preferential prices, he said.

 

Walaa Insurance will be listed on the Teachers Services Center (Tabjel), an initiative launched to provide exclusive offers to education personnel, he added.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tabjel said in October that it’s negotiating with several insurance firms on an insurance deal for its staff, as it received only a few unsuitable bids.
