Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. has inked an agreement with Mahara Human Resources Co. at a total value of SAR 19.9 million, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

Under the agreement, the Saudi insurer will provide insurance services to Mahara.

 

The contract signing is expected on Dec. 12, 2018.

 

No related parties are involved in the agreement, the statement added.

 

Mahara is a Saudi-based firm which provides human sourcing services in several fields via 15 branches all over the Kingdom.
