Falcom Financial Services Co. has appointed two new members to the board of directors of Falcom Petrochemical Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

Mohammed Al-Alwan was appointed as an independent board member, while Sohail Hayyan was named as a non-independent board member.

 

The new appointments came into effect on Nov. 12, the statement added.
